Get ready for a weekend of soulful guitars, smoky vocals and world-class blues as ClubMulwala proudly presents the first-ever Mulwala Blues Takeover from Friday 10 to Sunday 12 July 2026.

Presented by Mildura Entertainment, this exciting new event brings to Mulwala a proven blues festival experience that has attracted passionate music lovers and strong audiences across Australia. Over three days, guests will enjoy an impressive line-up of acclaimed blues artists, all with FREE ENTRY.

Headlining the weekend are two of Australia's most respected blues performers.

Geoff Achison

A true Australian blues icon, Geoff Achison has built an international reputation as a guitarist, singer and songwriter, performing throughout Australia, the USA and Europe. A winner of the prestigious Albert King Award at the International Blues Challenge in Memphis, Achison is renowned for his soulful guitar work, powerful live performances and decades-long contribution to the blues scene. His career includes appearances at major blues and folk festivals, international touring, and numerous industry awards and nominations.

Anna Scionti

Melbourne-based singer-songwriter and slide guitarist Anna Scionti is one of Australia's most exciting contemporary blues artists. Known for her captivating vocals and masterful bottleneck slide guitar playing, Anna blends blues, roots, rock and folk influences into a unique and energetic live show. A finalist for Best Blues Act at the Music Victoria Awards, she continues to win fans around the country with her authentic sound and outstanding musicianship.
