Courtesy Bus Driver / Door Attendant / Bar Assistant (Casual)

ClubMulwala is seeking reliable, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Courtesy Bus Drivers with additional responsibilities as Door Attendants and Bar Assistants. This dynamic casual role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with members, takes pride in providing exceptional service, and is confident behind the wheel.

The successful applicant will primarily operate the Club’s Courtesy Bus during evening and weekend shifts and will also support Club operations when not driving.

Key Responsibilities

Courtesy Bus Driving

  • Safely operate the Club’s Courtesy Bus to pick up and drop off members and guests.
  • Provide a friendly and welcoming experience for all passengers.
  • Demonstrate safe, responsible and defensive driving at all times.
  • Comply with road rules and ClubMulwala transport policies.

Door Attendant Duties

  • Greet members and visitors on arrival.
  • Check membership cards and assist with sign-ins.
  • Provide helpful information about Club facilities, events and promotions.
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional presence at the Club entrance.

Bar / Club Assistance (when not driving)

  • Assist staff with glass collection and maintaining clean service areas.
  • Move and reset furniture for events, functions, and daily club operations.
  • Assist bar and floor staff where required (non-service tasks).
  • Support the team to ensure smooth and efficient Club operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Current NSW RSA (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement).
  • Current Australian Driver’s Licence (Car).
  • Safe, competent driver with a strong focus on passenger safety.
  • Physically fit – able to lift/move furniture and collect glasses.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work unsupervised.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends on a rotating roster.

Desirable Attributes

  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or driving roles.
  • Good knowledge of the local area.
  • A calm, professional approach during busy periods.

Employment Conditions

  • Casual position with evening and weekend availability essential.
  • Uniform, training and RSA requirements provided/outlined on commencement.
  • Reports to: Duty Manager / Operations Team.

Casual Resort Housekeeper

ClubMulwala Resort

ClubMulwala Resort is seeking motivated, reliable and efficient individuals to join our dedicated Housekeeping Team. Working under the direction of the Housekeeping Supervisor and Resort Manager, this casual position is responsible for the clearing, cleaning, and resetting of our Resort Rooms to a high standard.

This role is ideal for those who have a keen eye for detail, take pride in maintaining clean and welcoming spaces, and enjoy working as part of a supportive team. School-hours shifts are available, and the position suits applicants seeking a few hours a week, flexible work, or a second income.

Key Responsibilities

Room Cleaning & Servicing

  • Clean and reset guest rooms to Resort standards.
  • Change and make beds, replace linen, and restock amenities.
  • Clean bathrooms, kitchens, surfaces, and living spaces with attention to detail.
  • Remove rubbish, used linen, and replenish supplies.
  • Follow daily task sheets and cleaning schedules.

Quality & Presentation

  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness and presentation at all times.
  • Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly.
  • Ensure all rooms are guest-ready within required timeframes.

Teamwork & Support

  • Work collaboratively with other housekeepers and supervisors.
  • Assist with cleaning of common areas and facilities as required.
  • Follow workplace safety procedures at all times.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
  • Good attention to detail and pride in your work.
  • Reasonable level of physical fitness to complete cleaning tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Apprentice Chef – ClubMulwala

Kickstart your culinary career with a Chef Apprenticeship at ClubMulwala!

We’re looking for a motivated and passionate individual (minimum age 16) to join our dynamic kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn directly from our Executive Chef and be mentored by an experienced and supportive crew.

You’ll work five days per week (Monday–Sunday) on a rotating roster, gaining hands-on experience across all aspects of a busy, high-quality kitchen.
