Maintenance Officer

ClubMulwala is seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance Officer to join our team. This role is hands-on and involves a variety of indoor and outdoor maintenance tasks, including general repairs, gardening, and upkeep of our facilities and grounds.

We are considering both Casual and Full-Time applicants for this position. A moderate level of physical fitness is required, as the role involves manual handling and active work across the venue.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks across ClubMulwala facilities and grounds.
• Undertake gardening, lawn care, and outdoor upkeep to maintain attractive presentation.
• Assist with minor building, equipment, and fixture repairs.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure safe and efficient operation of club amenities.
• Support the Maintenance team with larger projects and seasonal work.
• Follow all workplace health & safety policies and procedures.

Skills & Attributes

• A moderate level of physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks.
• Practical knowledge of general maintenance, gardening, and basic repair work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good problem-solving skills and initiative.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in maintenance, gardening, or a trade (desirable).
• Current driver’s licence (preferred).
