Fresh New Menus at Diggers
There’s plenty new to enjoy at Diggers, with fresh Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner menus now available.
The new menus bring together old favourites and exciting new additions, with a focus on elevated, flavoursome dishes, fresh ingredients and plenty of variety. Whether you’re after a hearty breakfast, a light lunch, a classic Club favourite or something a little different for dinner, there’s something to suit every appetite.
Start the day with everything from the BIG Breakfast, Eggs Benedict and Avo & Eggs to Belgian Waffles, or try ClubMulwala’s signature breakfast featuring poached eggs, smoked salmon, spinach, mushrooms and hollandaise. Breakfast Diggers Menu Oct 2026
At lunch, choose from burgers, fresh salads, pizzas, light meals and Club favourites, alongside plenty of share plates, sides and kids’ options. New flavours include Crispy Pork Belly Burgers, Asian Beef Salad, Crispy Prawn Dumplings and Sticky Pork Rib Bites, while favourites including schnitzels, parmas, roast of the day and beer-battered flathead remain firmly on the menu.
Dinner steps things up again with steaks, seafood, schnitzels and parmas, burgers, salads and Club favourites, including Honey Garlic Salmon, Lemon & Salsa Verde Barramundi, Roast Pumpkin & Sage Gnocchi and Chilli BBQ Pork Ribs.
With vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free choices and options available across the menus, Diggers offers plenty of variety for different tastes and dietary requirements.
