In the interest of all our resort guests to enjoy our facilities we do ask for your consideration in keeping noise to a minimum after 11pm in and around the resort area.

BREAKFAST
Breakfast is available at Diggers between 8.00am-10.30am daily. Continental breakfast packs are also available from Resort Reception during office hours for $15.00.
ROOM SERVICE
Room Service is available from 5.30pm – 9.00pm daily. To place your order from the Diggers Main Menu, contact ClubMulwala reception - Dial 9. A $5.00 surcharge will apply when using this service. Not available on promotional meals.
CHARGE BACK FACILITY
Present your card sleeve to charge back at any of ClubMulwala’s superb dining options in Stone Grill, Diggers or Oriental Pearl Chinese Restaurant.

PARKING
All parking is allocated by room number; please park in your own space to avoid confusion. If additional parking or boat parking is required please park in the top level ClubMulwala car park.
LIFT:
Located down the hallway on the right hand side from resort reception
BBQ:
For your convenience electric coin operated BBQ’s are located poolside. Please ask at resort reception for BBQ utensils.
GYM:
Situated on the ground floor, beside reception. The gym is open from 7.00am – 7:00pm daily. The resort Gym is an adult’s only venue, unless prior arrangements have been made with resort reception. For the use of resort guests only.
SWIMMING POOL:
Located in the courtyard, the swimming pool is open daily from 7.00am - 9.00pm during summer months. Pool towels are available from resort reception.
GUEST LAUNDRY:
Situated on the ground floor by the middle entrance to the building. Coin operated washing machines and clothes dryers. Vending machine available for washing powder.
VENDING MACHINE:
A full range of confectionary, snack items, soft drinks and water are available from our vending machine located on the first floor for resort guests.
DISABLED FACILITIES:
The resort can provide specifically designed rooms for guests.
FIRE EXITS:
Are located at the end of the corridors. Please see the panel on the back of your door for your nearest exit.
FIRE PROCEDURES:
In case of an emergency please familiarise yourself with your nearest exit points located on the back of your room entrance door. Leave all belongings behind, close the door and calmly proceed to the swimming pool and make yourself known to a staff member to be accounted for.
BIKES:
Are not permitted to be ridden on ClubMulwala resort grounds or car park for the safety of all members and guests.
WILD LIFE:
We kindly ask that guests do not feed the wildlife.
NON SMOKING FACILITY
ClubMulwala resort is a NON-SMOKING venue. For your convenience ash trays are provided near a bench seat by the lakes edge. This is the only smoking area.
Please obey NON-SMOKING signs/areas. Guest will be responsible for detoxification of room/balconies at the cost of $150.00 per room debited to your room account. Smoking detected after departure will be debited to the credit card provided on arrival.
WARNING NOTICE - ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION ON THE PREMISES
ANY PERSON who supplies or disposes of liquor on the premises of a registered club or permits liquor to be so supplied or disposes of to a person in a state of intoxication or under the age or 18 years is guilty of an offence.
PENALTY (i) Not more than $1,000.00 and (ii) disciplinary action by the Board of Directors
NB ClubMulwala resort ROOMS ARE PART OF THE PREMISES OF ClubMulwala
ALL MEMBERS (including HONORARY MEMBERS) are responsible for their guests and must ensure:
(a) that liquor is not sold, supplied or disposed of on the premises of the Club to any person other than a member except on the invitation and in the company of a member
(b) that all guests of or above the age of 18 years who enter the premises are entered on the Register of Visitors located at reception of the resort and on the main Club premises.

How to use your internet:
1. Connect to the wireless Internet Server – ‘Resort Public Wifi’
2. Once it is connected, open up your Web Browser
3. A log in screen will appear
4. Enter the password provided at Check-in
5. When you have finished log off by disconnecting from the internet or wireless server.
AIR CONDITIONER:
For your convenience your air conditioner is set to 23˚C during summer and 22˚C during winter, for optimal operation please do not alter below this level. In order to save the environment, it would be appreciated that whilst not in you room please turn off the air conditioner. If operation assistance is required, please contact Resort reception.
Remote Control:
Wall mounted beside the Air Conditioner Unit.
To Operate: Press On/Off button on Remote Control.
Temp. Adjustment: Press TEMP button to alter to desired level.
Please allow 5 - 10 minutes for Air Conditioner to reach temperature setting after first turning on.
T.V.
A broad range of Free to Air & Foxtel channels are provided for your entertainment and convenience.
Ensure main power is switched on.
TEA & COFFEE:
All rooms are provided with tea and coffee making facilities. Should you require additional supplies please contact resort reception between 7.30am and 7.00pm.
HAIR DRYER:
Hair dryers are located in the top cupboard of the Premium room’s wardrobe or wall unit in Standard, Deluxe & Executive bathroom.

Essenza Day Spa is situated adjacent to ClubMulwala Resort. The Day Spa offers a range of massage and beauty treatments, hydrotherapy in an indoor magnesium heated pool, Hot Box and Sauna.
