Our Major Upgrade – Dining Update
We’re entering the final stages of ClubMulwala’s major Kitchen and Dining refurbishment. Very soon you’ll be able to enjoy a brand-new Café and Bistro, featuring spacious dining areas, modern décor, and the lake views we all love.
While we complete the next phase of development, a Temporary Menu will be in place in Diggers from Monday 8 September, running for the next few weeks.

🍽 What’s New: Carvery Plus
For just $10 per person (1 serve)*, enjoy:
• Your choice of 2 succulent roast meats
• Roast potatoes, pumpkin, greens, and rich gravy
• Served with a fresh dinner roll
Prefer variety? Choose from 3 daily specials (rotating dishes such as lasagne, curries, fish, stir fry, casseroles, pasta and more).
Available 7 days a week:
• Lunch: 11.30am – 2.30pm
• Dinner: 5pm – 9pm
* Children Under 8 eat free (smaller serving)

🔄 What’s Changed
• No Breakfast Service – Resort guests will be provided with complimentary Continental Breakfast Packs with complimentary tea/coffee.
• No Daily Special Nights (e.g. Steak Night, Rib Night etc)
• Carvery Plus replaces the regular menu in Diggers

• Stonegrill – Open 7 nights a week for dinner
• Oriental Pearl – Open as usual Tuesday - Sunday
• Entertainment – No changes to our schedule
• Happy Hour – 4pm to 6.30pm daily
• Bars & Lounges – Open as usual
• Bingo, Trivia, Bowls, Darts, Snooker etc – No change
• Functions Department – Fully operatonal
• Essenza Day Spa – Open as usual Wed - Sat
• Resort – Fully operational
