ClubMulwala Big Freeze Charity Silent Auction

  1. This silent auction is conducted by ClubMulwala in support of FightMND.
  2. 100% of funds raised from winning bids will be donated to FightMND.
  3. Entry is open to persons aged 18 years or over.
  4. Bids may be submitted online or in person at ClubMulwala Reception during the auction period.
  5. The highest valid bid received before the advertised closing time will be declared the winner.
  6. In the event of identical highest bids, the earliest valid bid received will be deemed the winner.
  7. The winning bidder will be notified by phone and/or email.
  8. Payment must be made within 24 hours of notification unless otherwise approved by ClubMulwala.
  9. If payment is not received within the required timeframe, ClubMulwala reserves the right to offer the experience to the next highest bidder.
  10. ClubMulwala reserves the right to reject incomplete, invalid, fraudulent or suspicious bids.
  11. The VIP experience is valid only for the nominated AFL Big Freeze event at ClubMulwala.
  12. Prize is not redeemable for cash.
  13. ClubMulwala reserves the right to amend the experience if required due to operational circumstances.
  14. ClubMulwala’s decision is final.
